What Now?
Now that you know the world isn’t going to end tomorrow,
you might want to help make it a better place!
“What can I do?”
Armed with the knowledge that the Bible doesn’t teach that
the world is supposed to get “worse and worse before the end,”
and that even if it did, we aren’t living in the “last days,”
you are now free to help improve society!
For example...
Did you know there is a class of people being killed right
now just because they live in the wrong place? Did you know
that in San Diego county alone there are approximately 1,000
of these people being killed each week? This is probably quite
shocking to you, as well it should be! You might be
wondering why nothing is being said in the media about this
atrocity. After all, isn’t there anyone to speak up for the
human rights of these helpless people? The fact is, most of
those in the media actually support this wholesale
slaughter of human beings. What is more, it is actually legal
in this country to kill these people, and to do so without
even a trial!
“Impossible!” you say.
It is a tragic fact that over 40 million people have been
executed in the most barbaric fashion since a law was passed
in 1973 in the United States giving doctors the legal right
to murder without penalty.
The following is a true story. After giving a speech on abortion,
pro-life activist Penny Lea was approached by an old man with
a story to tell. Blinking back the tears, he told how he had
lived in Germany during that country’s holocaust, and how
a railroad track ran past the small church he attended. He
went on to say that his congregation had heard horror stories
of what the Nazis were doing, and knew that the tracks outside
their church ended at a Nazi “relocation center.” But, he
said, they chose to distance themselves from those uncomfortable
realities.
Then something happened that made those realities harder
to ignore. They began to hear the cries and screams of people
in boxcars being taken to the ovens. Week after week this
went on, until they began to live in sheer dread of the trains
coming by during services.
So they devised a plan. To keep from hearing the tormented
cries of these people, they would start singing hymns when
they heard the train whistle blow. For as long as the train
went past, that’s how long they would sing. If the screams
got louder, they would just sing a little louder.
Today, he says that he can still hear the horrible sounds
coming from those trains, and that all he can do now is beg
God to forgive him for his inaction. However, that’s not why
he was crying. He was not crying because of something that
happened in a distant land over fifty years ago. His tears
were for America, and for something that’s happening right
now.
We might choose to call our death camps “abortion clinics”
rather than “relocation centers.” And we like to describe
our victims as “blobs of tissue,” instead of “useless eaters”
as the Nazis described theirs. And, of course, we would never
use a term like “Final Solution.” We prefer the word “choice.”
But those verbal gymnastics can’t change the reality of what
we are doing.
That’s what this old man was crying about. He saw history
repeating itself as people claiming to be Christians avert
their gaze from yet another holocaust. He saw Christians walking
into their churches on ground that is soaked in the innocent
blood of butchered children, while doing nothing to stop it.
In reality, the tears this man was shedding were for the
living, not the dead. He already knew what the American church
seems determined to learn the hard way: You can’t sing loud
enough to fool God.
“Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and
doesn’t do it, sins.” - James 4:17
Abortion in America
EVERY SINGLE DAY
over 3,000 totally helpless American babies are killed by
abortion.
VIRTUALLY NONE
of these abortions are performed on women who became pregnant
as a result of rape or incest.
VIRTUALLY NONE
of these abortions are performed because the babies being
killed are unhealthy or handicapped.
VIRTUALLY NONE
of these abortions are performed because the pregnancies threaten
the lives or health of the mothers.
ALMOST EVERY
abortion performed in America is a totally elective procedure
being carried out on a perfectly healthy woman and a perfectly
healthy baby for non-medical reasons.
“Since you did not hate bloodshed,
bloodshed will persue you.” - Ezekiel 35:6
“I’m just one member of a
small church. What can I do about abortion?”
1.
Repent
The abortion holocaust began and continues because of the
blood-guilt of the American church. For it to stop, we must
fall on our faces in earnest repentance and beg God to forgive
us for our sins of omission.
“When you spread out your hands
in prayer, I will hid My eyes from you; even if you offer
many prayers, I will not sisten. Your hands are full of
blood.” - Isaiah 1:15
2. Thaw Out
The “frozen Chosen” will never accomplish anything. Get up
off your knees and put feet on your prayers. Contact the organizations
listed below for a list of perfectly legal, non-violent things
your church can do to shut down the death camps. ACT
NOW!
“...faith, by itself, if it
is not accompanied by action, is dead.” - James 2:17
Here are some organizations that could really use your assistance:

a Crisis Pregnancy Center!”

“You are the salt of the
earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it
be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything,
except to be thrown out and trampled by men. ” -
Matt. 5:13
